Casting/Rigging Lessons

Private lessons/classes that can take place on land or water with little or no opportunity to catch fish but focus on fly fishing setup/gear. Family fishing in Western Colorado.

2 – 3 hours are recommended
Groups are welcomed

Focuses on casting and rigging to be successful fly fishing on your own. Classes/instruction will focus on YOU and what GOALS you would like to achieve.

Fly Fishing Lessons on the Water

Learn to fly fish classes / lessons are geared toward actually catching, fighting, and landing a fish. Family friendly guided fly fishing in Mesa County.

$100 per hour / per person
2 – 3 hours are recommended minimum
Groups are welcomed

Classes/instruction will focus on YOU and what GOALS you would like to achieve.

Recreational Rowing Instruction

$1000 per boat / 2 days / up to 2 students
$1300 per boat / 3 days / up to 2 students

Colorado State Certification Rowing School

Obtain the Colorado state minimum 50 hours towards becoming a guide. Limited availability and dates.

$1700 per student / 5-6 day course. Flexibility on dates that work for your schedule. Inquire for more details. Course offered year round!

Private or Group Fly Tying Classes
