GJ Paddle Fest

This past weekend we were one of the sponsors for the 2026 The Paddling Film Festival in Grand Junction! The film fest has been showcasing the best of paddling films since 2006 and was a really great event. The Mesa County Search and Rescue (MCSAR) put on the event and all the ticket sales support MCSAR and giving back directly to the people that find and keep our community (and visitors alike) safe.

The film brought outdoor enthusiasts, out of town guest,s families, students, and members of our community together at Grand Junction High School. The newly build high school auditorium was the perfect spot for the film. There was a local student who baked (himself!) and brought a variety of goodies to sell, the silent auction had some really nice items to benefit MCSAR and of course, the evening of watching inspiring films over a shared passion for water!

A great time and a time of intention into great proceeds for a wonderful cause.
